4. Purpose of the Processing of Data

Customer data is used for user identification, saving and maintaining purchase events, customer relationships and for customer service. Information might also be used for own targeted marketing of VisiStore. In order to purchase products registering is required. Visipoint does not transfer customer data to a third party.

5. Content of the customer file

Following information is saved: First name, Surname, Address, Zip-Code, City, State, Country, email address and ordering information. When Customer is a company we collect in addition the name of the Company and its VAT register number. We do not collect your credit card information. We use PayPal.com for payments and thus your financial information is protected by PayPal, who is the global leader in online payment solutions with over 100 million customers.

Information provided by the Customer when he/she registers, purchases and updates his/her information.

7. Principles for the Protection of the Data File

The data file is protected with passwords and the general principles of data protection related to the information systems of Visipoint. Only named employees of Visipoint have access to the personal data contained in the data file. The data information is only delivered by the own request of the Customer.
