Virtual screening of compound collections using methods utilizing molecular interaction fields (MIF) can provide meaningful starting points for Lead Generation and Library Design projects. Our virtual screening method utilizes MIFs and is a ligand-based method. Therefore, no target protein 3D structure is required.
