VisiSOM
VisiSOM is an easy to use computer program for the visualization and clustering of multivariate data sets. VisiSOM can be used to analyze data in different fields of research, including environmental and life science fields.
VisiSOM is a general data processing tool that is used for three main purposes:

- Preprocessing
Compare distinct variables independently of scale and magnitude by the application of variance based equalization, binarization of strings and replacement of missing values.
