VisualData
VisualData is a full software platform for the visualization and
clustering of multivariate data sets. VisualData includes all the
functionality of
VisiSOM and
VisiSammon, and has additional
features that are designed especially for handling large
data sets.
Key features
- 3D Self-Organizing Map
Visualize change in 3rd dimension. This allows you to assess diversity
of cells in a natural way and improve your ability to create
diverse sub-sets and clusters.
- Cluster Export Tool
Save clusters to a data file and analyze these clusters
using external applications. This is useful for subjecting
clusters to statistical analysis and for creating diverse
subsets.
- Analyze time-dependent data
Trajectories allow you to find correlations in time and
behavior. This is especially useful for analyzing cell or bacterial
growth patterns.
- Export Cell Data
Save data of cells into individual data files, which can be
used as subsets and they can be analyzed further.
- Email support
You can find answers to
frequently asked questions
that other users have had. However, if you do not find an answer to your
problem you can email it to our experts and they will help you.
- Sammon´s Map
Find large patterns and clusters of similar groups. While
Self-Organizing Map organizes similar data items together, Sammon´s Map
allows you to estimate and compare the similarities of these groups.
This in turn allows you to associate cells to super groups that represent
some larger behavior or pattern.
- Self-Organizing Map (SOM)
Explore complex multi-dimensional data graphically and
find patterns within the data.
- Subgraphs
Summarize groups of similar items with bar graphs and line diagrams to
quickly familiarize yourself with the data.
- Preprocessing
Compare distinct variables independently of scale and magnitude
by the application of variance based equalization, binarization of strings
and replacement of missing values.
